TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER

1. Required documents:

- Payment order.
- Sales contract for the import goods.
- Import permit issued by The Ministry of Trade (if it is required for the imported goods)
- Customs Declaration
- Commercial Invoice.
- Other relevant documents

2. Procedure:
- The importer/applicant lodges the file of documents as mentioned above with the Import Payment Division for telegraphic transfer.
- Vietcombank payment staff will check the file and foreign currency account of the customers.
- Provided the balance of importer's foreign currency account can cover the payment, Vietcombank staff will post the entry and dispatch the telegraphic transfer message.
- In the case this balance is not sufficient to cover the import, the applicant can arrange with Vietcombank Hochiminh City Branch for buying the necessary foreign currency amount to effect payment.

3. Service charge: please refer to the Fee Schedule for outward remittance.
