3. TTR
- For the goods in the List of conditional import, the customers have to present the permit or quota given by the Ministry of Trade or the relevant ministries.
- For the goods in the List of import prohibition, the customers have to present the import permit issued by the Prime Minister.

+ Advance payment:

- Import contract.
- Commitment for presentation of customs declaration and import documents.

+ Payment after receiving goods:

- Import contract.
- Customs declaration.
- The set of documents (if any): invoice, bill of lading ...

4. Payment for the export/import of goods and/or services under Export Trust/Import Indenture to the entrusted organization:
- Export Trust/Import Indenture contract.
- L/C (if any).
- Customs declaration (if any).
- Commercial invoice.
- Export/import contract.

5. Payment for compensation relating to the export of goods and/or services:
- Goods and/or services export contract.
- Payment notice.
- Compensation claim.
- Minutes and documents relating to the settlement of dispute.
