* The Credit and Guarantee Division of Vietcombank Hochiminh City Branch is ready to serve the financial needs in VND, in foreign exchange and provides other credit-based services such as loans, syndication, or co-financing, and Letter of guarantee issuing to our valued customers,whether enterprise or individual such as the following:

- State-owned enterprise, Co-operative, Limited Company, joint-stock company.,
- Foreign-invested enterprise.
- Private establishment, Partnership, and
- Individual, Household.

* Terms of the credits:

1. Short-term lending in various types is extended up to 12 months to meet the needs for

- Working capital for production, trading, services render, imports of materials, supplies, commodities, and purchasing or consolidating of products for export-oriented processing.
- Security-backed (such as treasury bills, government bonds) or savings books-backed loans.
- Staff, employee loans
- Mortgaged, housing loans, consumption loans, and others, etc.

2. Mid and long-term lending in various types are extended over 12 months to meet the needs for

- Fixed-assets building, capital source to implement investment project for business, production, services establishment, or expansion,
- Security-backed (such as treasury bills, government bonds) or savings books-backed loans.
- Staff, employee loans
- Mortgaged, housing loans, business improvement credit for household, consumption loans, and others, etc.

* Mode of the credits: the credits are offered to our valued customers based on

- Ad hoc basis.
- Credit line basis.
- Investment projects.
- Syndication
- Stand-by credit line
- Installment repayments.

* Domestic and off-shore guarantee:

- Advanced payment or deposit guarantee.
- Bid bond or Tender Bond
- Counter guarantee for reissuing at foreign banks
- Payment Guarantee
- Performance Bond
- Warranty Bond
- Guarantee re-issuing backed by counter-guarantee, Stand-by L/C received from foreign corespondent banks.
- Other guarantees.
