USING VIETCOMBANK-ATM CONNECT 24 TO PAY TELEPHONE BILL

From August 26, 2003, Vietcombank-ATM Connect 24 cardholders can pay the telephone bill by card. In closely linked cooperation with Hochiminh City Post Office and Center for Development of Information Technology (CDIT), we are the first organisations in Vietnam to launch this modern service to the customers with the purpose of offering more automated, diversified and user-friendly banking facilities to our cardholders.

You can use our ATM to check and pay the telephone bill at your convenience without wasting your time of queuing at bank teller’s or cashier’s counters.

• You can use this service to pay telephone bill 24 hours/ a day and 7 days/ a week and the long queue is eliminated.
  
• After making the payment, ATM will print a receipt and the Post Office will send a VAT invoice to you by registered mail.
  
• You can check your telephone bill by calling 19001570 or sending inquiry message from your hand phone.
