Open from 2nd to 7th September 2003, APEC Economic And Trade Fair to be held at Tao Dan Cultural and Amusement Park will be one of the most prominent programs of “the APEC Week in Vietnam” which have been organised by the Government to celebrate the 5th Anniversary for being official member of this Forum.
Presently, there have been nearly 200 Vietnamese businesses and joint-ventures, foreign-invested companies to register for exhibition in 400 stalls/booths. The main stream of products includes those of industries, agriculture, fishery and services (textiles, mechanical products, electric-electronic appliances, informatics and telecommunications, banking, handicraft, processed food, seafood, medicines, cosmetics, etc.)
Specially, there are 10 provinces and cities including Hochiminh City, Binh Duong, Dong Thap, Khanh Hoa, Ha Giang , An Giang, Lai Chau, Quang Nam, Vinh Long and Thanh Hoa to joint in the introduction of the economic-social&cultural-investment situation and opportunities of their homeland. The Department for Investment Promotion (of Ministry of Planing and Investment ) is responsible for the presentation, introduction on the national economy and trade in the Common Exhibition House A1. Vietcombank Hochiminh City Branch’s participation will be exhibited at a counter with 18m2 of area in this Common Exhibition House. As planed, in this economic and trade fair, on 03 Sept., Quang Nam province will organise an introduction session on the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.
Participating in this event, Vietcombank Hochiminh City Branch will introduce to the public the modern banking products & services together with a presently operative promotion campaign to customers applying for VCB/s ATM Connect 24.
